We're watching videos,reading guidebooks and taking hikes in preparation for our upcoming trip to the Grand Canyon and other National Parks in the Southwest.
First up, a 7 mile trek along the Shining Sea bike trail in Falmouth. Mary Ellen passed with flying colors with no aches or pains.
We ramped it up a little when we climbed the Blue Hill this past weekend. Lots of rocks and roots along the way made for slow going but despite a lot of complaining by ME when the trail took too many upturns there was no still no pain.
Car rental rates keep going down. So far we have reduced our rental fee from $633 for the trip to $444 just by checking back every day or so.

Looking forward to following your adventures. It's off to Spokane for me today for a three-day photo/video shoot of (drumroll, please) convenience stores. Major glam! Have fun!
